How can I get a receipt?

Receipts are automatically sent to the owner of the Mixpanel project within the first week of the month.

If you want receipts to be sent to additional email addresses (such as your finance department), the project owner can add these email addresses by clicking his or her name in the upper righthand corner of the Mixpanel project and selecting Account from the dropdown. Here, the project owner will have the option to add additional billing email(s):

To gain copies of past receipts, or to add additional information to the receipt header, email support@mixpanel.com to speak to someone smart, quickly.
