How do I pay for Mixpanel?

  • Startup and People plans may be purchased via the pricing page.
  • Mixpanel accepts all major credit cards for payment on Startup and People plans.
  • To purchase an Enterprise plan, please reach out to inquiries@mixpanel.com.

How do I update my billing information?

If you’re the project owner, update billing information by:

  • Clicking your name in the upper righthand corner and selecting Account from the dropdown
  • Click the Billing tab, and choose "Update your billing information.”

Only the project owner will be able to update the account billing information.

I gave you my money, and you took it... but I'm still blocked!

We're sorry this happened! When you start your subscription, that subscription is applied to the signed-in account that purchased. If the project you are attempting to access is not owned by the same email address that bought the subscription, you will remain blocked.

Transfer the ownership of the project to the person who bought the subscription or reach out to support@mixpanel.com for help.
